A film directing student and cinematography graduate of the Łódź Film School, he holds a PhD in Fine Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts. An alumnus of the Directors Series 2024 program at the NFTS in Beaconsfield, his films have been screened at over 70 festivals across five continents. Stagnant, written and directed by Konrad, was the most awarded Polish feature short at international festivals in 2022.

In 2024, he won the TVN Warner Bros. Discovery competition and created a short sci-fi film using a volume LED screen (Aura 2025). He also completed several other short films set to be released in 2025 in Poland and the UK (Glitter, Harmony Cleaning, Unbeing, Conception Game). A member of the Polish Filmmakers Association, he works between Poland and the United Kingdom.
